Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Crown Race Android game, its online multiplayer services, and the Crown Race website. Crown Race is developed and operated by Ali Haider in Pakpattan, Pakistan.

By using Crown Race, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the online services.

Information we handle

We process the following categories when they are required by features you choose to use.

Google and Facebook sign-in

Social sign-in is optional. Google or Meta authenticates you and sends Crown Race only the information authorized for sign-in. Facebook may not provide an email address, so Crown Race uses the provider-specific account identifier—not an email address—as the primary link to a social account. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.

• Data requested: basic profile information and email where the provider and your settings make it available.
• Data not requested: friends, posts, birthday, location, contacts, pages, or permission to publish to your provider account.
• Purpose: create or authenticate your Crown Race account, display your chosen name or picture, secure the account, and support account recovery or linking.
• Tokens: provider credentials or tokens are validated to complete sign-in and are not used to post on your behalf. We do not retain provider access tokens longer than needed for authentication and security.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Information may be processed by:

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent harm or fraud, or as part of a business transfer.

For public-authority requests, we review the request's legal validity, seek to narrow or challenge unlawful or overbroad requests where permitted and appropriate, disclose only information reasonably necessary, and document the request and our response.

Retention and security

Account and profile information is generally kept while your account is active. Multiplayer history and ratings may be retained while the account remains active to preserve match integrity and rankings; associated multiplayer records are removed when the account is deleted. Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, or meet a legal obligation. Expired authentication, invitation, and security records are removed or become unusable according to operational schedules.

A Google or Facebook identity link, including its provider-specific identifier and imported profile fields, is generally retained while the Crown Race account remains active or until that identity is safely unlinked. Limited security records may be retained for a reasonable period where needed to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Online-match voice messages are relayed in real time and are not saved to our database, game history, or server files. Temporary app cache files are deleted after sending or playback. Audio may remain briefly in device memory, application process memory, or network buffers until those systems reclaim it.

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, one-way password hashing, access controls, short-lived access tokens, secure session handling, and restricted administrative access. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Crown Race is operated from Pakistan, and service providers may process information in other countries. Data-protection rules may differ between those locations.

Your choices and controls

• Profile: review or correct your name, optional phone number, and profile picture through the application’s profile controls.
• Social sign-in: manage Crown Race access in your Google or Facebook settings. Removing access there stops future provider authorization but does not by itself delete your Crown Race account or data.
• Blocked players: block an opponent from the Players menu during an online match. We store the two player identifiers, the opponent’s display name, and the block date to prevent messages and future matches between you. Manage your list from Profile → Blocked players. These records are removed when either account is deleted.
• Notifications: disable Crown Race notifications in Android system settings.
• Microphone: voice messages are optional and are recorded only while you hold the microphone button. You may deny or revoke microphone permission in Android settings.
• Advertising: use the consent choices presented in the app where required and manage advertising controls in your Android or Google settings.
• Optional features: you may choose not to upload a profile picture or use online multiplayer, contact, advertising-reward, or purchase features.
• Privacy request: contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under the laws that apply to you.

Children’s privacy

Crown Race is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under the minimum age required in their country without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Crown Race, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or store listing where appropriate.
